Prices are sliding scale and designed to meet you where you’re at. Together, we will figure out what package would work best for you and add on services that would support your specific needs.


Seed Package

1 Month | Sliding Scale

For those who are ready to plant the seed of functional wellness.

This package is designed for anyone who wants to start their wellness journey with a solid foundation but no huge commitments, just planting the seeds. With one month of dedicated growth, you’ll begin to see how small changes can have a big impact.

  • 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions: Weekly sessions to assess where you are, clarify your goals and develop a plan that fits your lifestyle.

  • Nutritional Guidance: Clear, actionable advice on how to make small changes that will create lasting habits. Whether it’s optimizing meals, incorporating more nourishing foods or learning more about how your body responds to different foods, we’ll guide you with compassionate, hands-on support.

  • Goal Setting & Tracking: Together, we will set realistic, measurable goals for the month and track your progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure you stay on track and help you move foward with confidence.

  • Tips & Tools: Easy-to-implement strategies to help you overcome challenges and keep moving forward, plus resources to help you stay motivated and inspired.

  • Mindset & Nervous System Support: I’ll help you focus on shifting your mindset to align with your new habits, so that change feels good for you; empowering, not overwhelming.

  • Access to Resources: You’ll receive personalized guides, curated content, and checklists to keep you informed, motivated, and on track with your journey.

    By the end of this month, you’ll have greater clarity, gentle yet sustainable practices in place, and a strong foundation to carry you into the next phase of your well-being.

Sprout Package

3 Months | Sliding Scale

For those who are ready to dig deeper, grow stronger, and build a solid foundation.

At this phase, your roots have taken hold and you’re starting to grow in new directions. Now it’s time to nurture that growth with more personalized care and guidance. In this 3 month package I’ll provide you with thorough, holistic approaches to wellness that includes:

  • 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions (4 per month): Weekly sessions to help you implement the changes you need to thrive. These sessions are desinged to keep you motivated, answer questions, and provide you with ongoing support and accountability. Plus, you’ll have unlimited access to direct messages regarding any questions or concerns that come up during your 3 months.

  • In-depth Lab Readings & Wellness Assessments: We’ll help you get in the lab and get assessments to see where you are at right now. Whether its nutrition, stress levels, or physical health, this will guide us in creating a tailored plan thats just right for you.

  • Personalized Nutrition Advice: Based on your unique health goals and lab readings, we’ll help you craft a nutrition plan that’s practical, sustainable, and delicious! You’ll receive easy-to-follow meal plans, snack suggestions and tips for making mindful eating part of your daily routine.

  • Mind, Body, & Spirit Wellness Practices: From mindfulness and stress-reduction stategies to yoga poses and movement practices, we’ll incorporate wellnesss tools that suit your lifestyle. You’ll develop routines that support & nurture your 3 foundations of health.

  • Access to Resources: You will receive monthly guides, curated content, and checklists to keep you informed, motivated, and on track with your journey.

Bloom Package

6 Months | Sliding Scale

Ready to plant the seeds and nurture your roots so you can fully blossom? Bloom is a 6-month transformational journey for those committed to lasting change. This is about deep integration, reconnecting with your body and intuition, and creating rituals that nourish your mind, body, and spirit.

Over six months, you'll receive consistent guidance, high-touch support, and tools that empower you to step into your most balanced self: one rooted in clarity, confidence, and sustainable wellness.

  • 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions (4 per month)
    Weekly private sessions to guide, assess, and deepen your wellness journey. These sessions are a space for reflection, insight, and consistent accountability—tailored to your evolving goals.

  • Unlimited Support Between Sessions
    You’ll have direct messaging access throughout your six months for questions, breakthroughs, recipe swaps, or when you just need a moment of grounding support.

  • Functional Lab Testing & Wellness Assessments
    Together we’ll assess your internal health, addressing hormones, digestion, stress levels, nutrient deficiencies, or inflammation. Based on your results, I will create a personalized wellness and nutrition roadmap designed to help you thrive from the inside out.

  • Customized Nutrition & Supplement Plan
    Rooted in functional nutrition and your personal goals, you’ll receive a clear, actionable plan with: whole-food-based meal plans, easy & nourishing recipes, mindful eating tools & targeted supplement recommendations.

  • Grocery Store Walkthrough (Virtual or In-Person)
    Take the overwhelm out of shopping. Learn how to read labels, choose nutrient-dense ingredients, and stock a kitchen that supports your healing. We'll help make food choices feel simple and empowering, not stressful.

  • Meal Prep Guidance & Batch Cooking Templates
    Get tools, templates, and strategies for stress-free meal prepping. I will share seasonal batch cooking tips, prep hacks, and recipes so you always feel nourished without having to spend hours in the kitchen.

  • Nervous System & Mindset Support
    Long-term wellness includes emotional healing. You'll learn somatic practices, breath-work, journaling prompts, and rituals to regulate your nervous system and build a mindset rooted in self-trust, compassion, and curiosity.

  • Mind-Body-Spirit Integration
    We'll incorporate mindfulness practices, gentle movement, seasonal rituals, and grounding routines to support your whole self—not just what’s on your plate.

  • Monthly Wellness Guides & Resources
    Each month you’ll receive new downloadable tools; curated wellness content, seasonal intentions, food/mood trackers, grocery lists, recipes, reflection prompts, and more to keep you inspired and organized.
